Hi, I'm Ken Chen.
I am a Service and Experience Designer.
Through a humanity-centered approach, I have created services and experiences for tech companies, start-ups, governments, local councils, non-profits, charities, social enterprises, schools and universities, film and magazine companies, and so on.
I work across creativity, business and technology. I like probing user needs and aligning them with business goals so I can provide solutions that are desirable to users and viable for the business.
I am also good at user research, dissecting user needs and pain points, and both digital and physical prototyping. I thrive when tackling messy problems with creative solutions and find my stride in agile, collaborative workspaces.
I got training in Interaction Design from 2016-2017. In 2022, I received a BFA with Honor in Design and Technology from Parsons School of Design. At the same time, I obtained a minor in Creative Entrepreneurship. In 2023, I graduated from the Royal College of Art with an MA in Service Design.
